My QR code is not working

You may see an 'Invalid code' message when you scan your code. There are a number of reasons this could happen:

For any of these, the payment terminal screen should display a message letting you know the reason. If the code doesn't seem to scan at all (for example if you are scanning a paper receipt and it's damaged, or the scanner itself is faulty), you can also select 'enter code' on the payment terminal touchscreen, and enter the code manually - it will be a 5 or 6 digit number displayed near the QR code.
