Tap & Pa$$ Opt-Out Instructions

SMS Messages

Tap & Pa$$ will not send you unsolicited SMS messages - we will only use SMS messaging to verify your phone number, or if you ask to reset your password.

As required by law, if you reply to one of our messages with the word 'STOP', our system will be blocked from sending you any further messages. If you have done this accidentally you can also text 'START' to unblock your number, for example if you need to reset your password.

If you would like to delete your number completely from our system, you can choose to delete your account as described below.

Email Messages

To opt out of receiving promotional emails:

Go to the 'Profile' tab in the Tap & Pa$$ app
Select 'Edit Account'
Uncheck 'Receive Promotional Emails'

You can also choose to delete your email address from our system completely, however we don't recommend this as it can be used to reset your password in the event that you change your phone number.

Account Deletion

To delete your account entirely:

Go to the 'Profile' tab in the Tap & Pa$$ app
Select 'Delete Account' and confirm

This will delete all personally identifiable information about you from our system.
Caution: deleting your account will cause any rewards dollars and pre-purchased products you have to be lost.
