Yes, PA$$BUCKS are equivalent in value to cash when used to purchase a product at a participating location.

Note, however, that you will have a separate PA$$BUCKS balance for each vendor you have purchased a product from, i.e. PA$$BUCKS can only be used at locations belonging to the same vendor they were earned at. Also, the number of PA$$BUCKS earned on each purchase is determined by the vendor, and so may vary between vendors.
